Hey There Fellow Paddlers

Seasoned paddler? Brand new to Dragon Boat?

We’ve got you covered either way. Our goal is simple. We want to share with you our experiences paddling; how and why we started, our training and nutrition regimen, and the paddling gear we can’t live without!

We love the sport of Dragon boat and although we are no elite paddlers,  it has been a passion of ours for years and we are constantly striving for growth with each and every paddling season. This is about sharing our paddling journey with you all and the off-season preparation we do for a successful season on the water!

Hopefully you’ll be inspired to hop into a boat and experience the rush and empowerment felt with every stroke, or strive to improve your health and fitness level to be the best paddler YOU can be.
